We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by BackyardNatureStation.com or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
By default we ship most items via the US Postal Service. Where this is infeasible or by request of the customer we also ship via UPS ground or air service. Very large or heavy objects such as furniture may be palletized and shipped via common carrier, in which case, arrangements will be made with the customer prior to shipping.
Damaged Products-- The Garden Enthusiast reserves the right to add an insurance surcharge to items that are particularly fragile. This surcharge will be noted in the product description and is included in the total shipping charges. Customers can also request insurance be added to any order by making a request in the "comments" section of the Checkout page. The Garden Enthusiast, LLC assumes no liability for damage to items shipped without insurance coverage. You should refuse delivery of any obviously damaged packages; or, file a claim with the carrier as soon as damage is noticed. Pictures of the damaged product along with pictures of the shipping package may be required to file a claim.
